Every detail was perfect, check-in was good, really enjoyable. The classic king room was newly renovated, included hairdryers, a walk-in shower and a shower cap.

Fairly clean brand-new hotel, the staff and location were second to none. Orlov most metro station is within 10 minutes' walk.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, even so everything was great. The location was magnificent, relatively close to One to One.

My stay was such great here. Everything was brand-new and rooms were elegant and immaculate.

Efficient hotel, I liked its very central location adjacent to the square, Right next to historic government buildings and the metro station and the cathedral. Non-smoking room and helpful communication with the staff. The stay was wonderful!

Strategic location, lovely bed. Room had an elegant bathroom that we loved. Breakfast looked EXCELLENT with lots of options. The friendly check-in too. Parking was on-site, fee - usd 21 per day.

Actually everything was very clean, my next choice again in Sofia. First-rate and spotless place with a great lobby. I liked the room, the bed was comfortable. It was nestled walk from an underground station.

Brilliant location, fine bed and, of course, extremely accommodating staff. English breakfast is savoury, costs gbp 13 per person. The pool was well-maintained, had a sauna and a whirlpool.

Spotless, so so comfy bed, best possible location. Room had a modern bathroom and Nespresso coffee and coffee facilities. There was lots of food, in general it was reasonably priced. Speedy check-in and helpful customer service.

the hotel appeared to be high level and i loved rooms and staff. renovated building, fairly clean and cozy bedroom. it was all well-planned with soft bed. the calm area was good for one night. again, the venue was near a cathedral church. late check-out too.

All main attractions such as national palace of culture were next to this hotel. Excellent rooms with WiFi, a storage and a living area. Friendly staff was helpful. It was truly an enjoyable stay...
